Q. What are your office hours?
We operate Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm Australia Eastern Standard Time [AEST], excluding Public Holidays. Nevertheless you can shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q. Can I get a quote over the phone?
Yes! And you can also initiate an order of products online to receive an indicative price on goods. You do not have to complete an online order but can contact us with any enquiries resulting from your search.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes! We do take orders over the phone during office hours.
Q. If I put something in a shopping cart will I be committed to the order?
No! The shopping cart is only the first step in the process. Only after you are happy with your selection of products and have received the final invoice amount including delivery costs showing. The next step is to proceed to the checkout. Only after you press the BUY NOW button have you been committed to the purchase.
Q. How safe is it to shop online with your shopping facility?
We use a shopping cart based on the highly respected and very safe PayPal gateway. PayPal have secure options in place to ensure both the seller and the buyer are protected in each transaction.
Q. How and when is my order delivered?
We have our own fleet of trucks and all-terrain forklifts with which we can offer a reliable, fast and affordable service directly to any home or building site. If for some reason we cannot make your delivery on the day specified when you placed your order, we will call to make an alternative arrangement. Nevertheless, nearly all our deliveries are made when requested.
